The Choir

Founded in 2011, Quire Voices is a semi-professional chamber choir based in Windsor which provides experienced singers with an opportunity to perform a diverse range of musical styles. Directed by Sean Bui, they deliver high-quality, engaging performances in and around Windsor, through a range of concerts, special events, and services.

We warmly welcome applications from singers who wish to join Quire Voices or enquiries for potential performances. We rehearse once a fortnight on a Sunday evening in Windsor Great Park.

Sean is an experienced conductor, composer, singer, and teacher with a background in music editing, having previously worked for Oxford University Press before focusing on a freelance musical career. Sean read Music at Royal Holloway University of London, where he received both his undergraduate and Master’s degrees.

Sean currently directs Quire Voices, Spelthorne Choral Society, West Sussex Philharmonic Choir, The Royal Harmonics, and The Knights of Harmony, and is Assistant Director of Music and Composer in Residence at The Royal Chapel of All Saints, Windsor Great Park. He is also a sought-after choral clinician and directing coach, working with choirs throughout the UK, as well as being a member of faculty at Harmony College, UK.

The Fun

Quire Voices sing hard and play hard. We enjoy meeting up socially to have a drink, watch a film, and carol sing for charity.

We also had a great time on our last choir away weekend. We spent a bit of time rehearsing for an upcoming concert and developing our singing techniques, but mostly had a lot of fun! We barbecued, sang around the fire, watched films, and belted out some classic tunes during our late-night karaoke session.

We are a friendly group—join us and see!
